The decoration of the hotel was absolutely lovely, with tasteful and elegant touches throughout. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to the rooms and public areas.

I would have asked for better assistance from the staff working there. It would have been nice to have more helpful and attentive service, especially considering the needs of senior guests.

The deluxe triple room I stayed in was brand-new and air-conditioned with the view. The location was best possible, relatively close to an art museum.

Staff is responsive and you can park your car nearby. The superior queen room is spotless and has cell, bedside cubbies and a kettle. It is equipped with bidet, which is a bonus.

Rooms where clean, however the shared bathrooms/showers where very very dirty and didn't get cleaned in our two day stay.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing! Our room had a jaw-dropping view of the stunning duomo, and we were right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and responded instantly to our needs. The room was spacious, clean, and had a flat-screen TV. The breakfast served in our room was made fresh and the hot croissants were heavenly. We also enjoyed the convenience of free wi-fi, luggage storage, and the express check-in/-out option. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the scorching hot weather. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience!

Convenient location, felt like a local being woken up by the noise of young people at dawn, and had the pleasure of experiencing a shower in the balcony thanks to the air conditioning machine.

Who needs a good night's sleep anyway? The checkout time was way too early for me to function properly.
